Anti-CD8 Antibody [CVS21] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [CVS21] antibody to CD8 (PE).

This antibody recognises the equine homolog of human CD8. Equine CD8 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes.In addition to the CVS21 clone, other CVS clones recognising equine MHC and cell surface antigens are available.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl

Reconstitution dependent.

Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Supplied in 0.09% Sodium Azide with 1% BSA and 5% Sucrose.

Store undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze! This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
