The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Mouse IgG: HRP at 1:1,000 for 60 minutes at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes in room temperature. Flow cytometry analysis of human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y), fixed in 90% methanol, using Anti-CD74 Antibody [3D7] (A304842) at 1:100 for 30 minutes on ice. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Mouse: PE at 1:100 for 20 minutes at room temperature. Isotype Control: Non Specific IgG. Cells were subject to heat shock at 42°C for 2 hours and transferred to CO2 incubator at 37°C for 1 hour before trypsinization.
