Reacts with CD62P on activated human platelets. Does not react with resting platelets. Does not interfere with platelet aggregation or platelet adhesion. It does not cross-react with rabbit, rat, porcine, or canine activated platelets.
Flow Cytometry detection of CD62P using A304473 at 1-10µg/ml on Thrombin-activated human platelets incubated 30 minutes at room temperature with 1-2 µg A304473 per 107 cells/ml. A FITC-labeled secondary antibody was used.
