Mouse monoclonal [DREG56] antibody to CD62L (PE-Cyanine 7).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD62L, a 65-76 kDa cell surface protein, expressed by neutrophils, monocytes, and subsets of T, B, and NK cells, that interacts with specific carbohydrates exposed on activated endothelial cells.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
PMA activated human peripheral blood leukocytes.
