Anti-CD48 Antibody [ARC53030] (A308320)

Western blot analysis of various lysates, using Anti-CD48 Antibody [ARC53030] (A308320) at 1:20,000 dilution. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

Flow cytometry analysis of Daudi cells, stained with Rabbit IgG isotype control (10 µg/ml, blue line) or Anti-CD48 Antibody [ARC53030] (A308320), (10 µg/ml orange line), followed by Alexa Fluor 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal antibody (1:600 dilution) staining. Non-fluorescently stained Daudi cells, used as blank control (red line).

Non-fluorescently stained Raji cells, used as blank control (red line).
