Anti-CD45 Antibody [MEM-28]

Mouse monoclonal [MEM-28] antibody to CD45.

This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope on all alternative forms of human CD45 antigen, a 180-220 kDa single chain type I transmembrane protein expressed at high level on all cells of hematopoietic origin, except erythrocytes and platelets.

IHC-P: No pre-treatment of tissue sections is needed, IHC: 10 µg/ml; paraformaldehyde fixation can be used, WB: 1 µg/ml; Non-reducing conditions, band around 200-250 kDa; Positive Control: JURKAT human leukemia T-cell lysate, Kg-1a human leukemia cell lysate; Non-reducing conditions, 6% separating gel, Flow Cytometry: 1 µg/ml.
