Name
Anti-CD44 Antibody [MEM-85] (APC-Cyanine 7)
Description
Mouse monoclonal [MEM-85] antibody to CD44 (APC-Cyanine 7).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular antigen of both cell surface-expressed and soluble form of CD44 antigen, a 80-95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein of the hyaladherin family, present on the surface of most cells and tissues, including: leukocytes, endothelial cells, mesenchymal cells, etc. It is negative on platelets and hepatocytes.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
