Rat monoclonal [OX-86] antibody to CD134 / OX40L Receptor (PE).

This antibody recognises mouse OX40 (CD134), a cell surface antigen expressed only by activated T lymphocytes.Rat anti Mouse CD134 antibody, clone OX-86 is routinely tested on concanavalin A activated mouse splenocytes.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR (BUF041A/BUF041B).
