Mouse monoclonal [BU15] antibody to CD11c (APC-Cyanine 7).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD11c, a 150 kDa integrin expressed mainly on dendritic cells and tissue macrophages.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human, Monkey
Immunogen
Dendritic cells of synovial fluid.
