Western Blot - Anti-Calreticulin Antibody (A85185)

Calreticulin expression in Human (A) and Rat (B) Lung lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-Calreticulin Antibody (A85185) at 0.01µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
