Mouse monoclonal [CNN1/832] antibody to Calponin 1.
Specificity
In western blotting, this antibody only reacts with the 34 kDa form of calponin (and not the 29 kDa form) in extracts of human aortic medial smooth muscle and is unreactive with fibroblast extracts of cultivated human foreskin.
SDS-PAGE analysis of Anti-Calponin 1 Antibody [CNN1/832] under non-reduced and reduced conditions; showing intact IgG and intact heavy and light chains, respectively. SDS-PAGE analysis confirms the integrity and purity of the antibody.
Immunofluorescent analysis of PFA fixed K562 cells stained with Anti-Calponin 1 Antibody [CNN1/832] followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (CF® 488) (Green). The nuclear counterstain is RedDot.
