Anti-c-Myc Antibody [ARC0412] (A307622)

CUT&Tag was performed using the CUT&Tag Assay Kit (pAG-Tn5) for Illumina from 10⁵ K562 cells with 2µg of Anti-c-Myc Antibody [ARC0412] (A307622), and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody. The CUT&Tag results indicate the enrichment pattern of c-Myc in representative gene loci (NPM1), as shown in figure.

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-c-Myc Antibody [ARC0412] (A307622) at 1:1,000 dilution. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Western blot analysis of extracts of Mouse ovary, using Anti-c-Myc Antibody [ARC0412] (A307622) at 1:1,000 dilution. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 3min.

The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
