Western Blot - Anti-BRD4 (phospho Trp249) Antibody (A329155)

BRD4 expression in NIH3T3 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-BRD4 (Phospho T249) Antibody (A329155) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
