Western Blot - Anti-BRAF (phospho Ser445) Antibody (A16398)

Western blot analysis of extracts of Raji cells, using Anti-BRAF (phospho Ser445) Antibody (A16398) at 1:2,000 dilution or BRAF antibody (A0038). Raji cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200nM) for 30 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
