Western Blot - Anti-ATF2 (phospho Trp69/71 & Phospho Trp51/53) Antibody (A329131)

ATF2 expression in HeLa cells analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Anisomycin (25 µg/mL) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-ATF2 (Phospho T69/71 & Phospho T51/53) Antibody (A329131) at a dilution of 1:600 and detected with chemiluminescence.
