Western Blot - Anti-ASK1 (phospho Ser967) Antibody (A309782)

Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat cells, using Anti-ASK1 (phospho Ser967) Antibody (A309782) at 1:1,000 dilution. Jurkat cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37°C for 1 hour. Jurkat cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2 mM) at 37°C for 2 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 180s.
