Western Blot - Anti-ASK1 (phospho Ser1033) Antibody (A16421)

Western blot analysis of extracts of A-431 and HeLa cells, using Anti-ASK1 (phospho Ser1033) Antibody (A16421) at 1:1,000 dilution. A431 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200nM). HeLa cells were treated by 10% FBS or treated by PMA/TPA (200nM) for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
