Western Blot - Anti-APH1A Antibody (A82710)

APH1A expression in Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex) lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-APH1A Antibody (A82710) at 0.05µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
