Pre-stained protein ladder. Covers the size range 10-245 kDa (Tris-glycine-SDS running buffer). Number of bands = 12. Green band at approximately 25 kDa. Red band at approximately 75 kDa. Designed for monitoring SDS-PAGE separation and WB transfer efficiency. Thaw at room temperature or 37-40°C for a few minutes prior to use to dissolve precipitated solids. Do not boil. Do not heat, dilute, or add reducing agent before loading. Mix thoroughly.

Recommended Dilutions
Load 5 µl/well (mini-gels) or 10 µl/well (large gels). For WB load 2.5 µl and 5 µl, respectively.

SDS-PAGE - BLUeye Prestained Protein Ladder (A318979)
The prestained protein ladder contains 12 proteins in the range 10-245 kDa. Green and red reference bands are included at 25 and 75 kDa, respectively. The apparent molecular weight of each protein was determined by calibration against an unstained protein ladder for each electrophoresis condition.
