Resuspend to 100µM with 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, and 0.1mM EDTA.
Apatamer Refolding Conditions
Denatured at 95°C for 5 min and then cooled (immediately) on ice for 10 min.
Apatmer Binding Conditions
Washing Buffer: 0.01M DPBS, 5mM Magnesium Chloride, and 4.5mg/mL Glucose. Blocking Buffer: Washing Buffer with 0.1mg/mL Yeast tRNA, 1mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin, and 0.5mg/mL Salmon DNA. Binding Buffer: Washing Buffer with 1mg/L Bovine Serum Albumin and 0.1mg/mL Yeast tRNA. Binding Temperature: 37°C.
