Immunohistochemistry analysis of a 4% PFA fixed paraffin embedded rat midbrain section with Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody [4E4] (A85429) at a dilution of 1:1,000 detected with DAB (brown) using the Vector Elite ABC-HRP detection and reagents with citra buffer retrieval. Counterstained with Hematoxylin (blue). Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody [4E4] (A85429) labels the cytoplasm of endothelium and neurons as well as in the neuropil. Note: this antibody performs well in testing with both 4% PFA and standard NBF fixed tissues.
HeLa cells stained with Anti-Beta Tubulin Antibody (green), Anti-Lamin A/C Antibody (A85443 | red) and DNA (DAPI | blue). The Anti-Beta Tubulin Antibody reveals strong microtubular staining in the cytoplasm of HeLa cells, while the Lamin A/C localizes in the nuclear membrane.
Western Blot - Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody [4E4] (A85429)
Western blot analysis of equal amounts of cell line and whole brain lysates using Anti-Beta Tubulin Antibody, at a dilution of 1:5,000, in green,: [Lane 1] protein standard (red), [Lane 2] HEK293, [Lane 3] HeLa, [Lane 4] SH-SY5Y, [Lane 5] COS-1, [Lane 6] NIH-3T3, [Lane 7] C6 cells, [Lane 8] rat brain, and [Lane 9] mouse brain. Strong band at 50 kDa corresponds to the ß-tubulin proteins.
Immunofluorescent analysis of HEK293 cells transfected with pCI-Neo-Mod vector encoding SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein RBD, corresponding to amino acids 308-541 of the S-protein sequence in the Wuhan-Hu-1 complete genome, stained with Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein RBD Antibody (A270592), at a dilution of 1:3,000, in red, and co-stained with Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody [4E4] (A85429), at a dilution of 1:5,000, in green. The nuclear DNA is visualised in blue using Hoechst staining. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein RBD Antibody (A270592) cleanly reveals expression of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein RBD only in transfected cells. Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody [4E4] (A85429) produces strong staining of microtubules in the cytoplasm in both transfected and non-transfected cells.
