Mouse monoclonal [B2M-01] antibody to beta 2 Microglobulin (PerCP-Cyanine 5.5).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with beta 2 Microglobulin (extracellular antigen), associated with cell-surface MHC Class I molecules and other membrane antigens. It also reacts with soluble beta 2 Microglobulin. beta 2 Microglobulin is a 12 kDa Ig like glycoprotein expressed on lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Cross Reactivity
This antibody does not cross react with Rabbit, Dog, Mouse, Cow or Chicken.
Immunogen
Purified human beta 2 Microglobulin.
Host
Mouse
Clonality
Monoclonal
