Anti-BAFF-R Antibody [11C1] (FITC)
Description
Mouse monoclonal [11C1] antibody to BAFF-R (FITC).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD268, a 19 kDa type III transmembrane protein expressed on resting B cells and CD4 positive T cells, but down regulated after activation.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
