Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Aspartate Aminotransferase.
Specificity
This antibody recognises glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase 1 (GOT1), also known as aspartate aminotransferase, cysteine aminotransferase cytoplasmic, cCAT and transaminase A. It coordinates the carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism. GOT1 supports long-term cell proliferation in KRAS mutated cancers.

General Notes
Rabbit anti GOT1 antibody recognizes glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase 1 (GOT1), also known as aspartate aminotransferase, cysteine aminotransferase cytoplasmic, cCAT and transaminase A. It coordinates the carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism (Zhou et al. 2018). GOT1 supports long-term cell proliferation in KRAS mutated cancers (Son et al. 2013).
