58K Golgi Protein expression in Human Liver lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-58K Golgi Protein Antibody (Biotin) (A83550) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence using horseradish peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and using NAP blocker to substitute for skimmed milk.
