This antibody recognises MAPK/ERK kinase 6 (MEK 6), also known as dual specificity mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 6, MAP kinase kinase 6 (MAPKK 6) and stress-activated protein kinase kinase 3, when phosphorylated at serine 207.MEK 6 is a dual specificity protein kinase and a member of the MAP kinase family. MEK 6 plays a key role in the p38 MAP kinase signaling pathway. MEK 6 is regulated by phosphorylation at serine 207.
