Anti-CD5 Antibody [OX-19] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [OX-19] antibody to CD5 (FITC).

This antibody recognises the rat CD5 cell surface antigen, a 69kD glycoprotein expressed by T cells, thymocytes and a subset of B cells. Mouse anti Rat CD5 antibody, clone OX-19 has been reported as being suitable for use on periodate-lysine paraformaldehyde (PLP) fixed paraffin embedded tissue. Mouse anti Rat CD5 antibody, clone OX-19 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenocytes.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl.
